It looks like this could be a major setback for Nexus One user as there have many complaint reported on the Google board and also by Engadget. Even after the latest Nexus One Download of update for the cell phone over the air or better known as OTA. But it seems this download did not help Google’s phone at all.

It also seems that users of the Nexus One has mention that that the phone will have a weaker signal if held at the bottom. This is a definitely a big blunder on the big G. You don’t expect the users to hold the phone at the top when talking to people on the phone right?

Now the question remains? Is it a hardware problem or a software problem. If it is a software problem then I think it could easily be fix by just providing the next update via any of the Nexus One downloads. However if it is a problem with the hardware, could it be another case of recalls like what’s happening with Toyota cars? Let’s hope for Nexus One users, it is the software.
